Warranty Coverage

Our Moto Pack is warranted against any defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty covers all malfunctions that are not caused by excessive wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.

What is Covered?

• Defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use.
• Malfunctions that occur despite proper care and maintenance.

What is Not Covered?

• Damage caused by accidents, including but not limited to impact, fire, and other external forces.
• Excessive wear and tear, misuse, or neglect of the product.
• Alterations or repairs made by anyone other than an authorized service representative.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

1. Contact our Customer Service team with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
2. We will assess your claim and, if valid, provide repair or replacement at our discretion.

Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to replace the Moto Pack with a comparable model if the original is no longer available.
