Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund. Returns made outside of this 30-day window may not be accepted.

Return Condition

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in brand new, unused condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

How to Make a Return

1. Contact our Customer Service team to initiate your return.
2. Once approved, package the item securely and ship it back to the address provided by our team.

Refunds

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exclusions

• Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for return.
• Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
