About
The beginning 1986
John’s passion for two wheels began at age 6, when his parents, who owned a Suzuki dealership in Montclair, New Jersey, gifted him a JR 50 for his birthday. From that day forward, he was hooked. His love for motorcycles has only grown over the years, and now, in his mid-40s, it’s still going strong. Along his journey, John has ridden everything from dirt bikes and ATVs to mopeds, and even raced jet skis for a time. He’s also attended the Yamaha Champions Riding School twice, honing his skills and deepening his knowledge. Over the years, John has shared his passion and expertise, helping dozens of new riders safely get their first bikes on the road.

JT’s Barber Shop 2005
In 2005, John opened JT’s Barber Shop, a motorcycle-themed barbershop that reflects his love for the motorcycle lifestyle. Walking into the shop, you’re greeted by an old-school barbershop with a modern feel. There are gas tanks, motorcycle decor, and helmets lining the walls. As well as, photos and books for the clients to browse celebrating his passion. There’s even a motorcycle displayed in the front window.
